When I first began performing pedicures, I was determined to do everything the "right" way. I learned the sequence, the products, the tools, and spent countless hours refining my technique. The more I practised, the more confident I became in how to perform a treatment, but I still found myself asking the same question.

Why?

Why does one client develop thick calluses while another doesn't? 

Why should I choose one bit over another?

Why do two clients with dry heels require completely different approaches?

Those were the questions I struggled to find answers to.

Over time, I realized that many talented professionals weren't simply looking to improve their technique. They wanted to understand the reasoning behind each decision so they could confidently adapt their approach to the client sitting in front of them. That realization changed everything.
